Our S.O.A.R. Program is designed to mentor and guide youth (age 14-18 up to 21) still under State care. The S.O.A.R. Program has four components: Wellness Care, Workforce Development, SOAR High, and Hope Care. These programs provide guidance and direction because we know for the first time, they will have to make their own decision
Chance of Hope is a two-year program with a one-year follow-up. We strive to foster independence that will build resilience and encourage stability with a holistic approach.
We provide services to youth in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and some outside State areas.
