By using Chance of Hope’s website and services, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.  Chance of Hope.org is an informational website operated by Chance of Hope that, among other services, allows independent Chance of Hope  Organizations (“Chance of Hope Organizations”) to list their information online in the Transitional Program in order to create a resource for those seeking mentorship opportunities. Chance of Hope’s Transitional Program is the only national database of transitional programs, which uses baseline quality standards grounded in evidence-based research and information available through chanceofhopellc.org may contain features and functionalities that may link or provide access to independent third parties, such as various Transitional Program. These links do not imply Chance of Hope’s endorsement or sponsorship of such third parties.

You agree that there is no confidential or any other special relationship that is or should be formed by use of the Chance of Hope website or information contained on the website.  Chance of Hope expressly denies liability and undertakes no responsibility for the conduct or individuals working with Chance of Hope Organizations that are listed on the website. While Chance of Hope  is not obligated to do so, Chance of Hope reserves the right to screen or conduct background checks on any individuals or Chance of Hope Organizations registered with the Chance of Hope  website.  You agree that you bear all risks associated with the use of any information on the Chance of Hope website and any interactions with Chance of Hope found through the Chance of Hope website, including but not limited to, joining Chance of Hope Organizations, visiting facilities of any Chance of Hope  Organization, and meeting with individual mentors or mentees.  In the event anyone is harmed in any way by any Chance of Hope Organization or individual associated with any Chance of Hope Organization, you hereby release its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to such disputes and/or S.O.A.R.s service.

GENERAL INFORMATION

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Chance of Hope regarding the use of Chanceofhopellc.org, superseding any prior agreements between you and Chance of Hope regarding use of the website. The failure of Chance of Hope  to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any other instance.  Use of the Chance of Hope website and registration to be an organization listed in the Chance of Hope directory is void where prohibited. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid, the remainder of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
