Who is Chance of Hope

Chance of Hope is a 5013c non-profit organization that is committed to empowering and restoring hope in youth to ensure they can have a new path in life. That will impact their growth through positive well-being and their community.

Chance of hope seeks to make an impact through leadership skills and development training that will assist youth in making the right decision and overcoming real problems. The SOAR program improves the odds of having each youth ready for work, college, trade school, and life by 21. 

SOAR provides a preparation program that builds stronger, healthier individuals with the availability to sustain themselves. 

Our goal is to ensure each youth will have the capability and knowledge to survive independently on their own. All of our preparation for independence programs will allow youth to navigate easier into adulthood.
